| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Ecoli DETAILS: This system is a baseball field that operates seasonally. System was flushed when water was turned on this season. Sample taken on 4/7/11 was positive. Spoke with Tim may not be able to sample directly at well head. System has not had a water system survey and is scheduled for one this year. Our records do not indicate a sample tap at the well head. He will take a sample at the first spigot from the well and mark as triggered and take three other samples at a non-swivel faucet. We discussed the requirement to have a tap at the well before any storage. Tim is familiar with water systems and will chlorinate the well after taking the initial repeat samples. Well log does not indicate a confined aquifer. ACTION NEEDED: Take required repeat samples one at the point closest to the well to be marked triggered. | ||
