| Details: | SUMMARY: Scheduled inspection on water systems DETAILS: I called Jan to schedule an inspection of the Echo Mountain Park and Riverbend Park (41-00601) water systems to verify correction of the significant deficiencies found during the sanitary surveys conducted in November 2010. It was agreed upon that the deficiencies would be completed as part of the civil penalty settlement signed on March 17, 2011. Jan agreed that she would meet us for the inspection on Wednesday April 20 at approximately 10:30 AM at the Echo Mountain Park system. ACTION NEEDED: N/A | ||
