| Details: | SUMMARY: Monitoring violation DETAILS: Jane contacted this office regarding violations that were still outstanding. The system failed to submit a coliform public notice to the state in August & September of 2010. I had sent the property manager the link to public notices templates in Sept of 2010. The system had sent me a public notice that I had sent to the state on Dec 1, 2010. The system had sent earlier notifications to its users abut was not with the template/language that is approved by the state. I let her know that I would call Chuck to see if the notice from Dec would resolve the prior violations. ACTION NEEDED: Contact the state to resolve the public notice violation. | ||
