| Details: | SUMMARY: Investigation of violation DETAILS: Jane contacted this office regarding outstanding violations. The system failed to take triggered source samples following a total coliform positives in August & October of 2010. I had contacted the owner of the park at the time to let him know that he needed to take source samples as well as repeats. I let Bobbi Jacobs who was property manager at the time, know back in November, 2010 that they needed a source sample since none had been taken at the time. The state database shows a source sample was taken in November 2010. ACTION NEEDED: Contact the state to resolve the violation as the system sampled back in November. | ||
