| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate exceeds MCL DETAILS: Call to Cinders 3/15/11 and owners are out of town until 3/18/11. Call to Cindy 3/19/11 and discussed the high confirmation sample. They are currently working on a plan to provide treatment. They are looking for the right treatment option for their facility. I gave them the name of another restaurant that recently installed treatment for their reference. They will post public notice today of the of the contamination and have begun to cook with and give bottler water there patrons who wish for water. I explained that our department will be sending them a formal letter expressing the needs that must be addressed soon. ACTION NEEDED: Public notice. Bottled drinking and cooking water. Begin search for treatment options. Provide treatment on water system. | ||
