| Details: | SUMMARY: No coliform sample Oct.1 - Dec. 31 DETAILS: Call to Dan Miller about violation. We discussed why the sample was not taken, weather prohibited the lab from collecting the sample. We discussed the public notice that needs to be posted until another samples is taken or at least a week. He is scheduled to routinely sample for coliform in February 2011. Public notice will be emailed to the state when received. ACTION NEEDED: Provide public notice as outlined in template. Collect routine sample in February. | ||
