| Details: | Kevin is a third party testing contractor for Sargent Water System. He is working with the owner to get the well shock chlorinated. Kevin stated that the owner Kim Sargent reported that a new well pump was installed. He does not have information as to when that occurred or who installed it. I provided him a Level 1 investigation form by email. I told Kevin it would be a good idea to submit a special sample after shock chlorination was completed and report the results to me. He was reminded that three temporary routine samples are required in November. |
