| Details: | SUMMARY: Confirmed Ecoli in source DETAILS: spoke with Tim and he mentioned he installed a sample tap at the wellhead prior to taking the repeat samples. After he samples he disinfected the well with chlorine. I instructed Tim to flush the well and verify there is not a chlorine residual with his test kit and then take 5 confirmation samples from the well within 24 hours. I informed him the system is now required to boil the water and emailed him a copy of the public boil water notice template. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on confirmation samples and boil water notice. | ||
