The operator did draw 5 samples but one was from the wellhead. I informed the operator that all temporary routines must be drawn from, distribution ACTION NEEDED: Resolve the violation when Octobers coliform sample has been received and entered into state website. Sample was entered 11/8/11. Violation resolved | ||
