| Details: | SUMMARY: Assist with Emergency Response Plan (ERP) DETAILS: Received a call from Randy and we discussed where the Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) form should be sent, that there is a raw sample tap for well #2 ,( I noted that there was not a raw sample tap in the survey) and then discussed the ERP. He had a few questions on filling out the plan. I will visit the site to go over the plan in detail on 4/8/11 ACTION NEEDED: Make s site visit on 4/8/11 to go over the ERP and follow up on deficiencies noted in the survey. | ||
