Details: SUMMARY: Significant deficiencies follow up DETAILS: Met with Mr. Coulter and Mr.. Palmer to review the deficiencies from the last survey. Deficiencies have been corrected. The O&M manual and protocols for operators has been revised to exceed the minimum requirements. TTHM and HAA5 will be taken in June. The lead sample taken in July2010 has been invalidated and a new location for sampling has been established. ACTION NEEDED: none
