| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate above half the MCl DETAILS: System was informed in August 2010 it needed to switch to quarterly nitrate testing beginning with the 4th quarter 2010. I completed a sanitary survey of the system on 3/8/11 and reiterated to the system they needed to be testing for nitrate on a quarterly basis. On 3/9/11 I called and spoke with the lab and asked them to take quarterly samples for the system. This sample will count as the 1st quarter sample with 3 more samples due. After the initial testing of 4 samples and one year the situation will be reevaluated and action taken at that time. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
