The system was notified at that time to begin quarterly monitoring for nitrate, letter sent 12/28/10 is being reattached here to this contact report, beginning with the first quarter 2011. This sample/alert represents the first quarterly sample for 2011. ACTION NEEDED: No action needed. System needs to continue with its quarterly monitoring and after a period of one year the situation will be reevaluated if the system continues to test for higher than normal levels of nitrate. | ||
