| Details: | SUMMARY: Violations resolutions DETAILS: Contacted Chuck Michael to let him know the system had sampled back in November of 101 and that should resolve the source sample violation. That were issued in August & October of 2010. He let me know the violations would be reversed. ACTION NEEDED: System is current with source sampling. | ||
