| Details: | SUMMARY: Emergency Response Plan(ERP) DETAILS: I met Randy onsite to go over the ERP and a few other items. He had the majority of the plan filled out appropriately and I made a few recommendations in terms of the annual assessment. He will complete those forms and submit the proof of completion form to the state. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up when forms are completed and certification form sent to the state. | ||
