| Details: | SUMMARY: Monitoring violation DETAILS: I contacted Mike to discuss the missed repeat samples and triggered source sample following the coliform in March. He has the bottles and well be drawing samples tomorrow. I told him at this point he should draw 5 temporary routines in distribution and one sample at the source. I also informed him that public notice will be required since we will treat this as confirmed positive. I asked that he submit a copy to our office when it is complete. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up when samples and public notice have been received. | ||
