| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up sanitary survey and inspection for backflow prevention device DETAILS: Sanitary survey was 3/8/11. At that time it was not noted whether or not the facility had a pre or post mix soda dispensing unit and whether or not an approved backflow prevention device was installed. A follow up investigations this issue was conducted 4/14/11 and it was noted the facility has two post mix soda dispensing units. No backflow device installed for either unit could be located. It is assumed no device was installed and hence will make a recommendation to the restaurant that an approved device be installed as soon as possible. I noted this change on page 8 of the survey and sending updated letter to the facility. On the report this is noted under the management section as a backflow device is not being tested annually. A device will need to be tested annually. ACTION NEEDED: Install approved backflow prevention deivce and test annually. | ||
