| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up to wywtem survey from 2008 DETAILS: 3/4/11 - Called and asked to speak to Julia Dewey. The administrative assistant, Harriet Mills, asked me to send my question in an email. I sent an email the same day and attached the survey letter from 2008. The only deficiency to follow up on was the backflow device was not being inspected on an annual basis. 3/30/11 received a reply stating they were working on trying to find someone to come out and do the testing. I sent them a list of the certified backflow assembly testers. They said they would let me know as soon as they had the test done. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
