| Details: | SUMMARY: Reactivate system DETAILS: Phone call to operator in Coos Bay office. Discussed sample sent in on 4/6/11. Pat told me that they are fixing to open May 1 and will operate all district water systems until Sept 30th with the exception of Sixes River Campground which will remain closed. ACTION NEEDED: Reactivate system and credit system with April 6 test. | ||
