| Details: | SUMMARY: Late PN received DETAILS: Brownsville received a violation for not submitting their Tier 2 public notice for the January TCR violation to the Drinking Water Program. They did distribute the notice to the public in a timely manner, but they were not aware they needed to submit a copy to us within 10 days. So, they sent me a copy and I sent it to DMCE to be entered into SDWIS as a RTC for the violation. ACTION NEEDED: DMCE will RTC in SDWIS. | ||
