| Details: | SUMMARY: Checked status of draft compliance agreement DETAILS: I called Superintendent Rose to find out if he received my fax of April 14 and reviewed the the proposed bilateral compliance agreement that was sent. He said he thought he saw the agreement, but wasnt sure after receiving several updates from Wayne Layman recently. I clarified that we needed to formalize deadlines for resolution of the high arsenic levels in water at Ninety-One School. Superintendent Rose will determine the status of the agreement and call or have Wayne Layman call within the next few days. ACTION NEEDED: Finalize agreement for Ninety-One School as soon as possible. | ||
