| Details: | SUMMARY: THM MCL DETAILS: I called chuck to let him know that the running annual average for THMs was over the MCL. This is the first time its happened. For some reason their results have been much higher over the last year than any other previous time. I told him he will have to do a public notice in 30 days, which he will do. I sent him a template. We discussed the new treatment plant a little bit, but he is not a plant operator. They are all hoping the new plant will reduce TOC and the DBP levels will drop. Also, with the new plant, they are able to keep chlorine residual lower. I will talk to the plant DRC next week about this and other plant issues. ACTION NEEDED: call Mark Gunter when he returns on Monday. Change contact person. | ||
