System has a primary well that feeds the distribution system which provides drinking water to approximately 450 students and staff. In 2001, the EPA lowered the Maximum Contaminate Limit (WCL) on arsenic from 01050 mgl to 0.010 mgl (compliance was required by 2006). The most recent test of the raw water reported 0.017 mgl. HBH began review of provided chemistry tests to determine best methods for the removal or arsenic. ACTION NEEDED: Complete analysis and work with school district on compliance with Arsenic Rule.
