| Details: | Two repeats positive following 10/6 routine positive. Same and downstream locations both tc+. Well and upstream absent. Called Jamie and discussed investigating, chlorinating and resampling. Will email level one investigation form. Talked to Manager Amy and she will coordinate with Jamie when he returns Thursday. System thought they should be on a boil notice but not necessary as results were positive for total coliforms only and absent for e.coli. Amy states that the large reservoir is no longer in use for the domestic system. System will need 3 temp routines in November. | ||
