Details: SUMMARY: Reporting violation DETAILS: Call to co-owner, Mary. Lodge is only open from Oct 1 thru March 31 each year for the fall salmon and winter steelhead fishing seasons. The fishing season closed on March 31. I told Mary I would change her system to be seasonal and the lodge would need to sample during the fourth and first quarters every year. Also to do one nitrate each year. ACTION NEEDED: Change state website to reflect seasonal operation please.
