Details: SUMMARY: Monitoring violation DETAILS: Spoke with Teri and she had tested on July 22, but the sample was incorrectly marked as a source sample. She does not disinfect so she does not need to do a source sample. All future samples must be marked as distribution. I told her she needs to do the Public Notice too. She will use the template I sent her to use. ACTION NEEDED: Credit system with Public Notice requirement fulfilled.
