Details:	SUMMARY: Called system regarding TC+ Routine sample DETAILS: Called water system regarding TC+ routine sample and Mr. Leehmann informed the DWP that the sample was incorrectly logged in at the lab and the sample was a special sample from a new well at a new CCC campground. Mr. Leehman wrote an email to DMCE and informed them of the mistake. DMCE also contacted Russ Kazmierczak and he agreed that the sample should be invalidated. Mr. Leehman was informed that he needed to have the new water system and well go through plan review. In addition to the 5/6/11 TC+ sample, the TC+ samples collected during March 2011 needed to be resolved. Mr. Leehman indicated that the UV treatment bulbs have been replaced and that he will collect 5 temporary routine samples during May. ACTION NEEDED: Collect 5 temporary routine samples in May from the Hart Mountain Antelope Refuge water system.
