Details: SUMMARY: Coliform follow up DETAILS: Attempted to contact system by phone, but all disconnected. Contacted lab to see if 1st quarter sample had been taken. No 1st quarter but a 2nd quarter had been dropped off on April 1, 2011. I will continue to try to contact system or discuss during next restaurant inspection. ACTION NEEDED: Continue on time routine sampling
