| Details: | SUMMARY: Non reporting coliform DETAILS: System had positive coliform 3/2/11. Was notified by phone to take four repeats and one of those four could be the well triggered sample but needed to be labeled as such. The system did not take the repeat samples or the triggered sample. The system did take 5 routine samples in April. Due to the change in the groundwater rules the system is required to post a public notice this is a tier 2 public notice called Monitoring & Reporting failure, (coliform, surface water report, nitrate, etc.) and can be found on the state web. The system still needs to take a well sample labeled triggered sample. These violations will not go away until both actions have taken place. The public notice needs to be received by the state. The system has all distribution samples for routine resting marked Well. Remainder to take distribution samples in the distribution. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
