Details: SUMMARY: Arsenic non reporting DETAILS: System did not report a first quarter 2011 routine arsenic sample. I called Laura and asked her to follow up and get the sample reported or take one ASAP. I also reminded her to provide public notice quarterly as needed. She said she expected to have work begin in May to drill a new well to resolve the arsenic violations. 4/22/11, 2nd quarter 2011 arsenic test taken 4/5/11 and received at the state 4/19/11 ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on public notice and new well.
