| Details: | SUMMARY: Called regarding bilateral compliance agreement DETAILS: Wayne left me a message stating that Canby School District will be signing the bilateral compliance agreement as proposed for resolving the arsenic levels at 91 School. I returned Waynes call to let him know that I hadnt been notified of the decision, and would send a copy to Superintendent Rose immediately for signature. I also mentioned that the previous public notice for 91 School wasnt completely adequate and needed some improvement when it was next issued. I also mentioned the notice needs to be in place, displayed conspicuously for all visitors, staff, and students at 91 school while school is in session. ACTION NEEDED: Mail agreement for signature and verify public notice is posted and meets the applicable requirements of 333-061-0042. | ||
