| Details: | SUMMARY: Deactivate system DETAILS: Spoke with Bob about violations for not sampling in June of 2010 and January - March 2011. He said the park was closed. The system has been shut down because of a break in the water line. There is no one living or staying at the site. ACTION NEEDED: Provide a permitted repair of the system, proper public notice, best management practices for loss of pressure and begin water monitoring when system is brought back online. | ||
