| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up visit DETAILS: Follow up due to coliform alert and visit on 3/15/11 which found a large amount of water coming up from around the concrete slab around the well. Contact was made with operator, Korky on 4/8/11 to follow up. He stated he would have a repair company out to break apart the current concrete pad and access the distribution line for a break within 1 week if the weather permits. ACTION NEEDED: Confirmation of fix/repair to possible break in water line. | ||
