| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alerts DETAILS: Contact by phone with operator 2/23/11 to discuss the lack of testing. The operator state that a coliform and nitrate test was done December 2010 at pacific Analytical labs in Corvallis. We discussed the test results need to be submitted to the state. She stated she would call the lab and have the results forwarded on. ACTION NEEDED: Submit coliform and nitrate tests from December 2010 | ||
