| Details: | SUMMARY: Monitoring violation DETAILS: In field contact was made with new operator. The store does ice, soda and coffee service and serves about 100 customers a day. An inventory change form was filled out to reflect these changes. Information on testing and testing frequency was provided to the owner. She stated she would hire a service and have a nitrate test be done within a week as well as other needed testing. ACTION NEEDED: Need quarterly coliform and annual nitrate tests. | ||
