| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform non reporting DETAILS: In field consultation 2/18/11 with manager to again discuss why there has not been a coliform test since the 1st quarter of 2008 and no nitrate test since 2007. The manager called Pacific Analytical labs in Corvallis during the in field visit and set up a schedule for the lab to do the coliform and nitrate. ACTION NEEDED: Have tests taken ASAP | ||
