| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Contacted Luis , the well had the casing extended, cement pad and box reconstructed not used in 2010. This sit eh first water drawn for over a year. The well was shocked with chlorine and tests will be taken at raw water and at the end of the distribution line before chlorination. ACTION NEEDED: Will take 5 repeat samples | ||
