| Details: | SUMMARY: Loss of pressure DETAILS: I received a call this morning at 9am from a resident on Cochran Rd reporting that there was 0 pressure this morning from about 6am to 9am. I spoke to George and he said there was a leak at a service connection meter sometime last night and the tank drained down pretty low and some people lost service. I indicated to him that those services that lost positive pressure need to boil water until pressure is restored, free chlorine residual is verified, the system is flushed, and a coliform sample is collected and comes back absent. ACTION NEEDED: I sent George information regarding our DWP procedures for no pressure situations, the BMPs for Service Outages, and the template for a tier 1 boil water notice. | ||
