| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Contact was made with operator, Korky 4/27/11 to discuss positive coliform from 4/25/11. He stated the positive have been coming from the tank hose bib location only. The tank is a 250 gal holding tank after the water softener and before entering the store. He replaced the hose bib and chlorinated the tank. In a follow up to the 4/8/11 contact about the possible leak around the well, Mr. Avakian stated they dug up the area and discovered a return water line was broken. They are in the process of repairing this. We discussed the need to take 5 routine samples next month. ACTION NEEDED: 5 routine samples in May | ||
