| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Phone discussion 3/14/11 with person in charge about the coliform and Ecoli positive results. No soda, ice, or coffee drinks were sold since 3/11/11. All food service activities, manufacturing of ice, and beverage service requiring water shall continue to be not in use until the water supply is potable. 3/15/11 contact was made with the manager Rob Wait, to discuss what the firm was doing to correct the problem. The firm will resample in the next day or 2 to determine the source as it appears to only be coming from the pressure tank bib. Public notice was started 3/1/11 and completed 3/16/11 with the owner of the firm, Korky Avakian. A copy of the public notice accompanies this contact report. ACTION NEEDED: need to resample with absent results before using the water supply for potable use and need 5 routine samples next month. | ||
