| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive repeat coliform 3/31/11 DETAILS: Emailed Christine a boil water notice template along with the FAQ during a boil water. I let her know they are now on an official boil water until further notice. I gave her contact info for Oregon Association of Water Utilities to inquire about circuit rider assistance. I let her know they are needing to identify & remedy the source of the contamination or add 4 log disinfection. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain a copy of the public notice. Continue contact with operator towards resolving boil notice. | ||
