| Details: | SUMMARY: Arsenic over the MCL 0.0131ppm DETAILS: I called Steve Kurpicka and he collected the sample before treatment. I advised him to collect an entry point sample after treatment and storage. I emailed Daniel Hough asking how to invalidate the sample. 4/6/11 - I called Steve again and informed him the sample will be invalidated but that a monitoring and reporting violation will be issued for not collecting a first quarter sample and the violation needs to be included in the CCR. Steve noted that no one told him to collect the sample at the entry point. I advised him to collect another arsenic sample using finished water ASAP to return the violation to compliance. ACTION NEEDED: A second quarter arsenic sample needs to be collected. | ||
