Details: SUMMARY: Nitrate alert of 7.51 DETAILS: Left message about nitrate. I explained that it was still under the MCL but getting closer in the last couple of years. Randy called back and thought it was off that it was that high this time of year. I looked at the state website and it is consistently higher in April. I showed him how to look at the data. ACTION NEEDED: none
