| Details: | SUMMARY: Contacted water system regarding TC+ routine sample. DETAILS: Called water system on 5/23/11 regarding TC+ sample alert. The contact, John Higgins, was out of the office so a message was left regarding the positive TC sample from 5/17/11. ohen called back on 5/24/11 and informed Russ Kazmierczak that he collected 5 repeat samples (2 samples upstream of positive, 2 samples downstream of the positive, and one sample at the original location). The five repeat sample came back absent for coliform. The contact thinks the sample was the result of sample error since the positive sample had a residual chlorine of 0.7 mg/L. ACTION NEEDED: Collect 5 temporary routine samples during the month of June. | ||
