| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat coliform positive DETAILS: Shannon reported one of her repeat samples was positive. She electronically forwarded a public notice that is posted in the tavern however there were a couple of errors. I asked her by email to correct the mistakes and resubmit the notice. Her email stated she was aware that she needed to submit five temporary routine distribution samples and that would happen the first week of May. I asked her by email if she planned on shock chlorinating the system. The samples that tested positive were taken from sinks. I told her we should talk about the sampling locations. I would like to know the type of faucet she is testing from. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for public notice and discuss with Shannon about sampling techniques and location. Wait for response about shock chlorinating the system. Wait for results of May samples. | ||
