| Details: | SUMMARY: Quarterly PCE test .0008 mg/L DETAILS: I made several attempts to contact the operator. She was able to contact me today and let me know she was aware of the recent test results for PCE. The system has worked with HBH and has an application in to the SRF to obtain a new liner for the storage tank which appears to be the reason for the PCE. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor quarterly tests and wait to see if the application is accepted. | ||
