| Details: | SUMMARY: Quarterly coliform positive DETAILS: Shannon notified me by email that she was already working to obtain more sample bottles to submit the repeat tests. I instructed her by email that when would need to submit three repeat distribution samples, one at the original site, an upstream sample, a down stream sample and a triggered source sample. I also instructed her that five temporary routine distribution samples would be required in May. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results of repeat samples and the triggered source sample. | ||
