Details:	As part of conducting the water system survey, I provided jay with a 3-ring binder containing literature and manuals related to the equipment they have installed, operations and maintenance manual templates, blank copies of monitoring forms as well as example forms showing examples of how the forms are filled out. I also provided commonly used public notice templates.
