| Details: | SUMMARY: Reporting Ground Water Rule(GWR) report DETAILS: Site visit conducted in response to a notification from the state in regards to a missing compliance report for disinfections residual. Contact with site manager found there was some confusion between the manager and local agency personnel. He provided a completed copy of the daily logs at the time of the visit. Completed, signed and dated chlorine residual log provided at inspection and delivered to water program office 4/19/11 ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
