| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate alert DETAILS: Firm received nitrate test result of 5.9 on 4/1. After discussing results with the state personnel in Pendleton it was decided the firm should return to annual nitrate testing. The trend observed over the past rounds of quarterly testing has been stable at the current level. Operator agreed to reduce sampling frequency. ACTION NEEDED: Reduce sampling frequency to annual basis. | ||
